Most everything in life comes down to how well we take care of and love ourselves. We've make great progress in our lives by placing focus on these four main areas.
1.) Mental Health - includes affirmation process, context moderation and confidence building processes. Also includes emotional clearing and communication strategies to lower stress and miscommunication.
2.) Physical Fitness - includes walking, running, yoga and light weights. Also breathing exercises, stretching and consuming plenty of water
3.) Nutrition - includes foods, supplements, hydration, and avoiding inflammation
4.) Spiritual practices - includes your religious or spiritual practices for connection to source, good will, charity, meditation, intention setting and overall clarity on why we're doing the things we're focused on. Higher purpose work and activities also fall in this group.
