About The Founder
Corey Teramana
I'm very Grateful you're here. This Little Gratitude Project has been a dream of mine for some time. The practice of Gratitude has helped change my life in so many ways. For example, doing something as simple as a Gratitude list with three things has brought me out of some very challenging, uncomfortable and scary situations. Knowing where and how to shift our attention can be a life saver and such a useful everyday tool. All that and it makes the good times that much greater.
If you're a fan of Gratitude, we'd like to hear your story. You could join the team and become a contributor in our next edition. For more information, enter your email and get our project updates and article submission info.

And for those of you struggling with feeling "Ok" "Good" or "Grateful" inside, then you're in the right place. This Gratitude Project is for you and you're invited to read this book. One of our goals is to share our breakthroughs stories on Gratitude, promote positivity and boost the overall well-being of the World!

Our second goal is to have fun in the process, so come check out the community, leave some feedback and we'll see you inside.

Dhanyosmi The Art of Expressing Gratitude - "Let's begin at a foundational state of Gratitude. Simply recognize! Simply appreciate!  Simply announce your thankfulness!

At an early age, my Dearest and Beloved Mother taught me to "always" be thankful and grateful for what sits in front of me, around me, with me, over and underneath me." [Read more of his story inside...]

The Most Beautiful Gift... - "Gratitude, the essence of love and the consistent requirement for a fulfilling life.

Gratitude is one of the most beautiful gifts we can embody as creatures on this Earth. It has the power to literally transform our life and bring us everything we could ever desire of experiencing and having." [Read more of her story inside...]

Gratitude is challenging because, well… life is challenging.
"We, as humans, are creatures of habit. We are a busy species constantly looking for more ways to be busy whether it’s marriage, kids, work, school, etc.
Whatever it is, there’s always something to be done in the day. Because of this we are unable to fully grasp what we are really experiencing. Life may become redundant or feel ordinary and it may be difficult for one to find a piece of gratitude throughout his or her daily lives." [Read more of her story inside...]

Gratitude Is A Learned Skill - "Gratitude is about feeling and expressing appreciation: for all we’ve received, all that we have (however little it may be), and for all that has not befallen us. It functions as an antidote for attachment to what we want but don’t have and aversion to what we have but don’t want. Gratitude is the opposite of being discontented..." Things I Cherish - "The half-moon stone was smooth and warm to the touch. The sun’s morning rays smiled upon their thermal work.

The sister stones were spaced equally apart and formed perfectly straight lines as far as the eye could see.
When the first round of the 21 one gun salute fired, I realized I wasn’t just at my friend’s funeral, I was remembering the collective memories of all the fallen soldier’s families that stepped on the same soil." [Read more of his story inside...]

LIFE WITHOUT GRATITUDE IS LIKE YOGA WITHOUT BREATH - "Being in a state of gratitude or cultivating awareness of our gifts or blessings is the difference between a good day and a bad day and even a good life or a bad life to put it simply. At times life can be so sour, that we may feel unable to harness any gratitude but the raw truth of the matter is that if you are breathing, you have so much to be grateful for. If you are living and enlightened, you have a responsibility not only to yourself but to all of those who no longer breathe."  [Read more of her story inside...]

What is the physiology of True Gratitude? - "The energy of Gratitude gets into the pockets of our soul.
But what if you have some ‘old stuff’ in your pockets that hasn’t been cleaned out? You see, true gratefulness rejoices in another person. Its ultimate goal is to reflect back the goodness that we are receiving by actively seeking opportunities for giving."  [Read more of her story inside...]

Enough Is A Feast… How I Learned To Recognize All I Had To Be Grateful For - In January of 2014, my business made just over $100,000 in sales. A new service I’d launched was taking my industry by storm and I was making money hand over fist. But as happens so often in business, my success with this particular venture was short lived. By June of that year we were barely breaking even, and by fall, we were losing as much as $30,000/month. "  [Read more of his story inside...]
